Shipping + Returns
SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after purchase. Customized items will take 2-3 days.
All items are neatly packaged in an organic cotton pouch that is gift-ready. If you are ordering multiple items and would like separate pouches, please kindly leave us a note at checkout.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your package. We will provide you instructions to mail your package back to us at your expense. A full refund will be issued for the item, less shipping.
All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
In the event that an item is returned in poor condition, Ash & May reserves the right to deny a full refund of the item.
